Each lawyer belonging to our firm proactively undertakes bar association activities and other public welfare activities.
Our members have served the legal community with distinction and have held the positions of chairperson and vice chairperson in the Osaka Bar Association and the Japan Federation of Bar Associations, as well as in many subcommittees, and as director of the Kinki Bengoshikai Rengokai (Kinki Joint Bar Association). One of our senior members has also served as an arbitrator for the Sakai Summary Court.
Members of our firm have served or are currently serving as committee members of, among others, Nara-Ken Kenchiku Shinsakai (Nara Prefecture Construction Review Board), Osaka-Fu Kogai Funsoshinsakai (Osaka Prefecture Pollution Dispute Review Board) and Sakai-shi Kobunsho Kokai Shinsakai (Sakai City Public Document Disclosure Review Board).
Our firm believes strongly in the responsibility of members of the profession to contribute to the improvement of legal training. We are active in legal academic circles and our members serve as adjunct professors at Kyoto University Law School, Osaka University Law School, Kobe University Law School, and Ryukoku University Faculty of Law.
